That's it. If you go to "settings --> look and feel" and select "Show
log" to be displayed in the top menu, then you see what I describe
here. Looks as if the seperator always separates the first submenu
entry from the others, and since repo browser is missing from the file
context menu, the separator happens to be right after "Check for
modifications".

Have not checked the latest nightly, though.
