Commit-ignore

I have tested a new 'commit-ignore' changelist, and it is exactly what
I wished for, very elegantly implemented -- excellent job, thanks
again!

While I have no problems using it, because I discovered what it does
it from the changelog, I think that users might have difficulty in
understanding its function.
How about
1) Either add additional separator after 'commit-ignore' changelist or
move it above separator after <new changeilst>, to clearly show this
changelist as special.
2) Change name to something longer and more descriptive, perhaps "Do
not commit by default"... hmm, that sounds not very good also. Maybe
some English-speaking person on the list might have a better proposal?
