You might have noticed that I did not call this a "bug" because I
thought you might have done it on purpose. When I need the repo
browser, I click anywhere on the desktop or in the explorer window
because the Repo brower menu item is always there. I just was
surprised that the menu item was gone when I happen to click on a
versioned file but appeared everywhere else (even for unversioned
items).

Yes I am sure, but I'll double check tomorrow in the office. I have
moved the "Show Log" command from the TSVN submenu to the top menu
(look-and-feel dialog), maybe that changes the menu ordering.
