I have aspell 0.50.3 from the win32 installed (already a year or 2 ago)

I just went through the docs and replaced <literalY tags with <quote>,
<emphasis> or <filename> as I saw fit. I'll add <filename> to the exclude
list. Literal is misused in several places to create bold print :)

With my exclusions I just added our names and the Tortoise* words to the
term list and the TortoiseMerge check passes almost clean.
