Short is the word ;) The instructions on aspell.net were non-existent
too, and since Nant only runs on Windows, the bit about installing for
your preferred OS seems a little optimistic.

I found the real link to the win32 files by accident, as the main page
gives no link. It is http://aspell.net/win32/

Ignore the URL the installer gives for installing dictionaries - it
points to an empty folder. The Win32 dictionaries are at the same URL.

The readme also says that we need Aspell.bat to make it work, but it
gives no clue what should go in that file, or where it should be
located. My doc build just gives a pile of errors now about
"aspell.bat failed to start".
