So much for Google Desktop Search. It didn't find it :(

No - this is a brand new machine with nothing else on it except for VS
2005 and TSVN.

I'm in the administrators group so I already have write permissions to
the whole of C: and I can create the folder manually myself. The problem
seems to be that TortoiseSVN can't create any folders itself. Does it
run as a different user? What else could be preventing TSVN from
creating the _svn folders?
