Check the mailing list: the same problem was reported just two days ago :)

I'm guessing that you're using some 'old' XP partition where you have
your working copies still present?
Even if not: you must give your user account full read/write access to
where you check out your working copy. The user who reported the same
problems could solve this by giving the user not just access to the
folder where he checked out but to the whole C drive.
