Feature request: right-to-left alignment in commit dialog

Hi,

[The FAQ at <http://tortoisesvn.net/node/159> wasn't quite clear about
which mailing list to contact in this situation. I hope I got it right.]

Most of the commit comments I make are in Hebrew which is a
right-to-left language.

While the text area in the log window can be aligned to the right using
R_CTRL+shift (it aligns only the line the caret is on), the text area
used in the commit window (SciEdit?) does not.

When aligned to the left, several words of Hebrew appear correctly, but
combined with english it is positioned incorrectly. I *could* use
unicode control characters such as the RTL mark, but being able to
change alignment with left/right ctrl+shift is simpler and widely
supported throughout MS-Windows.

Other RTL languages such as Arabic should benefit from this feature.

Thanks,
Ori
