Ah! Thanks! Almost perfect!

But it won't discriminate between "modified" and "modified and property
changed".

I would suggest expanding to four cases (to cover all permutations) and
changing the wording to:
"normal"
"modified"
"property changed"
"modified and property changed"

(Or even better, go for icons the log-dialog-way in that column, but I
guess that's a bit to much work. (Or?))
