D'oh! Second attempt now...

I know OpenOffice.org has had to work around this, because they have
dozens of minority language teams with no Microsoft codes (which was
a problem at one point, but now has a structured workaround, at least
in OOo).

If you can just make one up though, that sounds fine to me. :o) As
long as it works.

Righteo, will do. French isn't my first language, so I can't promise
everything will be 100% perfect to a native speaker, but at least the
meaning will be closer to that intended by the original English.

Having said that, I had a look at the French manual (pdf downloaded
from http://tortoisesvn.net/support) and they also use "Condamner les
différences" etc. Even if the person who translated the phrase in
the .po-file, out of context, got it wrong, surely the person who
later described the function must have spotted something awry...?
Apparently not.

What I'm saying, though, is that if my patches to the French
translation were accepted, the changes would hopefully make the
interface more explicit, but it would no longer correspond to what's
in the manual. And I'm not sure I've got time to re-hash the manual
at the same time.

Anyway, this time I really am sending Tortoise_eo.po. Thanks very
much for a fine SVN client!

Tim
