RE: Esperanto translation of TortoiseSVN

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the file. I always run a quick check on .po files before I commit
and got the following report.

I fixed them myself, no problem :)
The first two errors are caused because you changed a format string from
"%ld" to "%1d". Maybe you are using a font where "1" (=one) and "l" (=small
"L") look too similar.

We found an unofficial, most commonly used lcid for esperanto and will go
with this now.

Concerning the french translation just send me your patches. I will
cross-check them against the manual.
