I'd love it. The network connection between my workstation and my
Subversion server is very flaky, so I'm constantly losing commit
messages when TortoiseSVN can't connect to the server. I try to
remember to Ctrl-C any long message I type in, but usually I forget.
It'd be great if the dialogs stayed open when an error occurred.
