Transparent SSPI Auth works in 7501, broken in 8645

Just what it says in the subject ; 7501 works perfectly with my setup,
which is Apache 2.0.55 running mod_sspi 1.0.4 and SVN 1.4.3 (not that
that matters for auth).

7501 authenticates perfectly with a clear auth cache
8645 prompts for authentication

IE can auth seamlessly with this setup, (verified with a simple
whoami.php and identical auth config).

I can't get svn.exe to auth automatically, but I'm not sure I've tried
the version that corresponds to 7501 (maybe later).
