Ok, let's describe it one more time:
1-Install TSVN r8473 on Windows XP
2-Open repo-browser:
a-Right click on your desktop
b-Select repo-browser
c-Write down your repository URL
3-Right click on a folder in your repository
4-Select 'Show log'
5-Try to move, not the top/first splitter but the 2nd one which separate the
message window from the action window:
a-click on the splitter
b-drag it up/down and see: IT JUMP AT A SPECIFIC LOCATION AND IS LOCKED
Well now, I'm just asking you 2 little things:
1-Do you still not understand what I mean ?
2-Is this the correct behavior ?
