Wrong information in "Commits by date" statistics view

From: Juan Pablo Canepa <jpcanepa_at_ing.puc.cl>
Date: 2006-12-27 23:44:49 CET

Short summary: Wrong information is shown in the "Commits by date"
statistics view
Severity: Minor (display)
System information: Windows XP SP2, fully upgraded
TortoiseSVN version: "TortoiseSVN 1.4.1, Build 7992 - 32 Bit ,
2006/11/11 09:34:39"

Description:
When checking the "commits by date" view of the statistics, a
spurious chart appears. In the case of the screenshot (taken on December
27), a chart is shown for the week 1/06. If it was supposed to mean
"1/07", that would be looking into the future, so I assume it is a bug.
If it actually means 1/06, then it must be a bug also, since our
repository didn't even exist on that date.

Steps to reproduce:
Check the "commits by date" among the statistics, for a repository
with activity during the last week of the year (I'm guessing the
behavior will be correct after there is activity after January 1st,
2007). Can be reproduced, apparently, on any repository (in fact, we
reproduced it checking *the* subversion repository).
