Redrawing issues in statistics form

Description:
     The statistics form renders the menubar incorrectly when the form
is reopened after being resized (screenshot of the mis-rendered area
included)

Steps to reproduce:
     1.- Bring up the statistics form (at it's default size)
     2.- Resize the form (enlarging it some)
     3.- Close the form
     4.- Bring the form up again. The area of the menubar at the upper
right corner of the window is mis rendered (drag that portion out of the
screen to emphasize the problem).
