I can't reproduce this here on my german OS. But I *think* that it's
correct even for you. Please check whether in your locale the 'week of
the year' is calculated so that the last week of a year may be already
counted as the first week of the next year.

Although I have to admit that the function to calculate the week of the
year in our statistics dialog definitely isn't perfect. It doesn't honor
all possible locales (since I can't test that).
