Hi Folks,

When I review simplified chinese translation of TortoiseSVN, I found 2 issues.

1. link to old Subversion book version
   Maybe we should use 1.2 instead of 1.1 ?
   i.e. http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.1/ -> http://svnbook.red-bean.com/en/1.2/

2. Subversion book's ref name is confusion
   e.g. Subversion book, Subversion manual, Subversion: The Definitive Guide
   and the official name is: Version Control with Subversion

   Maybe we use the official name is better ?

If no one opposed to the suggestion, I will do it.
