Here's a rough structure of my project:

\ProjectA (co from e.g. http://myserver.com/svn/repos/project/A)
|
-\lib\LibraryB (svn:externals http://myserver.com/svn/repos/lib/B)

"SubWCRev \ProjectA -e" does not give me the revision number of B which
is currently at a higher revison than A.

Hope I managed to explain it clearly, but please do let me know if I can
add more details.
