problem with incorrect overlay icons

In additon to http://svn.haxx.se/tsvn/archive-2006-10/0194.shtml:

TortoiseSVN looses the "changed file" overlay icons after some time of
usage, I wasn't yet able to find out when this exactly happens. The top
level folder in my project has the red image attached showing that it
contains files that have not been committed yet while the folders and
files underneath that level still appear "green" aka not changed. I can
commit files without problems, TSVN finds them.

This also happens on a network drive ("network drive" at "drive types"
is checked, include path is set as needed, i:\* in my case). The files
are stored on an Ubuntu 6.06 server using Samba.

After a reboot the icons are ok (all red overlay images appear where
they ahould appear).

Version: TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 7501 - 32 Bit , 2006/09/15 21:34:55
running on XP Pro.
