Possible problem with APR-SVN-TSVN

Hi,

I'm quite busy right now, so I cannot test this further. However, I
think I should post this: maybe someone can try to repro this.

WXPSP2 + TSVN 1.4.0 official + SVN 1.4.0 official.

Add the svn bin path (c:\program files\Subversion\bin) to PATH. Also,
create the environment variable APR_ICONV_PATH and use "c:\program
files\Subversion\iconv" as its value. Do this in the System Properties
- Advanced - Environment variables.

Reboot.

Do some operations with TSVN: a checkout, an update, a commit...

Open a cmd, and review the variables. Then, do some operations using
svn.exe: checkout/update/commit.

At some point, I got the typical message "This program has encountered
an error and will close". The related library is apr.dll.

I never found this error until I added the APR_ICONV_PATH variable and
reboot. I need this variable to get the svn.exe messages in Spanish
with acutes.

However, I don't know if the problem here is because TSVN or SVN.
If you reboot and don't use TSVN, then svn.exe works fine. As soon as
you do something with TSVN, svn.exe starts crashing.

And once again, right now I'm not able to make more tests.

Best regards,

Fernando Nájera
