bug: "SVN Diff with URL" is shown on Shift+F10, should be "SVN Diff".

  "SVN Diff with URL" looks like a nice feature but the implementation is wrong;
as it stands now it always gets activated when using the normal chord for
option menu (Shift+F10). Got me really confused :)

  Perhaps check whether Shift is active or not on menu-item selection?
