possible bug in tortoisesvn

Hello developers,

I think I found a bug in TortoiseSVN 1.4.0 build 7501 32-bit I use
Windows XP proffesional 32 bit NL version
I was logged in as a non-privileged user.

the issue:
I Committed a change. The change was rejected because of inconsistent
line endings.
So far no problem. But after that all the files in the directory had
the "Not changed" icon even the ones not under version control.
This is a display problem only. I could still commit the changes after
I corrected the line ending problem.
