We've been using VS.NET '03 + TSVN for about 2 years, and we tried using AnkhSVN, but eventually it caused more headache than it was worth. We have about 20 developers and we simply use TSVN independently from VS.NET. No regrets.
But, I can understand how it might be hard to wean one's self from that if you're used to using VS.NET + VSS.
