TortoiseSVN menu in VisualStudio.NET Solution Explorer?

TortoiseSVN Devs,

On my project at work we're preparing to migrate from Visual Source Safe to
Subversion. Everyone is very impressed with TortoiseSVN, but we are less
impressed with the capabilities of AnkhSVN. Which brings me to my question:

Does anyone know if it is possible to simply add the Tortoise context menu to
the Solution Explorer in Visual Studio.NET 2003?

Our team doesn't really need full integration into Visual Studio, but it sure
would be nice to be able to issue Tortoise commands when right-clicking on files.
