Feature Request for "Diff with URL"

After my last feature request post, Sven mentioned that there was a "Diff with URL" option in 1.4.0, when holding down the Shift key whilst right-mouse clicking a file.

This is great, but it doesn't work on folders. :(

Hence, the feature request is to add the ability to Shift + right-click on a file and select "Diff with URL", which, after selecting a URL, would bring up a list of differing files like the "Changed Files" dialog that is displayed when you select two folder URLs from the Repo-browser window.
