Column-splitter issue

Using TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 6857 - 32 Bit -dev.

I just noticed some weird behaviour of the "column-splitter" in the list
dialogs. (The little thing between columns you use to adjust the size of
individual columns.)

When pulling slightly to the right of the rightmost column-splitter,
nothing happens. The cursor changes indicating that it should be
possible to drag it, but you can't.

I don't think this is too disturbing in most dialogs, but in the
Add-dialog, there is only one column and it does not fill the entire
width of the window.

Suggestion:
- Make the column in the Add dialog (and possibly others) span the whole
window by default.
- Make it possible to drag the column-splitter even to the right of the
rightmost splitter OR remove the cursor-change so that it's clear that
you can't drag there.
