SV: Column-splitter issue

Additionally:

This behaviour seems to hold for the leftmost column-splitter as well.

Also, if the column width is increased, the scrollbar won't be changed
to match. This has the effect that it's impossible to reach the
rightmost columns if the columns to the left are wide enough. (Observed
on the Check-for-modifications dialog.)
