Done in revision 5867.

That text already is set for that progress dialog. Don't know why it
didn't show up though...

It's not nice to close a program because of an error. The user might
want to read the help file to get further information. If we just quit,
that's not possible.

Complain to MS here: that text is shown by the progress dialog control
itself. It isn't in our resources.
