Rev graph download progress dialog issues

Hi folks,

The progress dialog (which shows while the rev graph is downloading log
info from the repository) needs a couple of tweaks.

The "Getting information from repository" message does not show up until
the data starts arriving. If the server is down, it only shows up on
timeout. If the server is down, you see a blank dialog for a long time.
Probably just needs a repaint.

In the equivalent blame dialog, if you click cancel, a message appears
below the progress bar saying "Cancelling TOrtoiseSVN Blame...". The rev
graph should have something similar so the user knows the app has
responded to the click.

If you do cancel, you still get the revgraph appear with "No graph
available". I think this should silently close if we have already seen
some sort of error or user-cancelled dialog.

The time-remaining message reads something like "60 Seconds Remaining".
The 'r' in "Remaining" should be lowercase. Actually Minutes/Seconds
should really be lowercase too.

Simon
