Strange. The fonts were already installed. So that's not the problem (I
remember that I installed the additional languages from the Windows
installation CD).
And I did the same on my laptop here where I work on TSVN, and here the
pdfs are built correctly. Another very strange thing: in the pdf viewer,
the 'tree view' on the left (where you can quick jump to the chapters)
have the correct (at least I think so, can't really read them) chars,
but on the right side where the actual document is, only '#' chars are
shown.

Any other idea what I might have done wrong?
