a few small bugs in TortoiseBlame

From: Gerasimov, Ivan <Ivan.Gerasimov_at_transas.com>

Hello,

WinXP, TortoiseSVN 1.3.1, Build 5521 - 32 Bit.

Here are two minor bugs:

1) Blame some file, open find dialog, enter some text containing uppercase letters, push 'Find Next', and push Cancel. If you open the dialog again, the text appears in lower case.

If you do case sensitive search, the dialog remembers the case of original text, though forgets the state of the 'match case' checkbox.

Expected behavior is to remember both the original text and state of the checkbox.

2) If you switch from TortoiseBlame, with the find dialog opened, to some other application (to copy some text, for example) and switch back to TortoiseBlame, only the dialog appears on top of the other application.
The strange thing is that this happens with only some applications. I could see this with Explorer, while switching to Outlook and back works fine.

Sincerely yours,
Ivan
