Bug: Checkout Dialog's URL repository browse button doesn't work with non-"ssh" schemes

Dev team:

When trying to checkout code using a tunnel scheme that is not "ssh"
(i.e. svn+xyz://username@domain.com:/some/path/to/code), I've noticed
that the browse button ("...") next to the "URL of repository" field
pops up a local folder dialog instead of the repo-browser.

- The behavior of the browse button is correct if the scheme is "ssh"
(i.e. using svn+ssh://username@domain.com:/some/path/to/code would
have the desired effect)
- I have the schemes correctly configured ("xyz" and "abc") in my
Subversion config file.
- The workaround is to use the repo-browser (Context menu > Tortoise
SVN > Repo browser) to browse for the project and checkout the code.
- I am using the latest release: TortoiseSVN-1.3.2.5840-svn-1.3.0.msi
- I cannot find the bug reported in Flyspray
- I took a look at "void CCheckoutDlg::OnBnClickedBrowse() - Line
233", and it looks like the code path I want will never be executed if
I want to use non-"ssh" scheme.

I am not a member of this list, so please also reply directly to me.

Thank you,

--Marc
