This one was removed from the cache exclusion in r5709.

We already have an include and an exclude list for displaying icons in
TSVN->Settings. Could the cache read those same lists to determine where
to crawl?

BTW. How do the include and exclude lists interact? If I exclude '*' and
then add a path to the include list, does that override the global
exclusion?
