Hi Stefan

TortoiseSVN 1.4.0, Build 5730 - 32 Bit -dev
Subversion 1.3.0, on Win2K dual core.

In the accompanying .png there is quite a lot of space provided for the
count of nodes which might allow the filename to be moved left a bit.

This is how this particular graph looks to start with, until a re-paint
is triggered. A graph, with fewer and a graph with more nodes paint
properly so I don't have a reproduction recipe.
