CSVNStatusListCtrl resizeable columns bugs

Hi Stefan,

I have been trying out the resizeable columns in the check for
modifications dialog.

The column resizing does not work if an intermediate column is hidden.
eg. if the URL column is hidden, you cannot move the boundary between
remote property status and lock. Sometimes you can move a boundary left
first, and then right. But not with the Lock left boundary.

If you click on a column header to sort, all widths are lost and the
column widths revert to the width of the title. This is particularly bad
for 'File' as you can only see the first few chars of the filename.

Sometimes the horizontal scrollbar disappears. This happens when the
columns resize as above and they all fit within the window width. If you
then make the file column column wider, the scrollbar does not reappear.
