Active Directory Install

Hi

Great work on version 1.3.0 people!

I have a problem however with deploying this MSI using the Windows
Acrive Directory Group Policy system. Version 1.2.6 handles deployment
in this way with no hassles, however 1.3.0 fails with the following
message in the event log:

Product: TortoiseSVN -- 1: ALLUSERS property is not 1 - this MSM cannot
be used for a per-user or fallback-to-per-user install 2:

Were there significant changes in the way the MSI's are built between
1.2.6 and 1.3.0?
