64-bit build

Stefan,

I see from the commit mails that you're working on the 64-bit build.
But maybe you missed my commit this weekend where I added several Nant
build scripts to build apr, apr-util, apr-iconv, neon, zlib and
subversion directly from those scripts, without the need to start
devenv.com.

I think it would be easier if you start working from those scripts
instead of patching the Subversion vcnet build generator.

The build scripts are located in ext/build.
