I've just done a test with an 8 MB file.

With both http and https, TortoiseSVN tells me that ~22 MB was transferred.

Doing an Ethereal capture shows me that 11 MB was transferred using
http, and 9.5 MB was transferred using https.

So,
* TortoiseSVN reports a wrong number (every time)
* At least in my configuration (TSVN 1.3.0 RC2), there is no problem
with large files.

file size: 8 MB
tsvn/http: 11 MB
tsvn/https: 9.5 MB
