I just added TortoiseSVN-1.3.0.5377-RC2-svn-1.3.0.msi (7.28MB) to a
test repository. Commit dialog says 21.21 MBytes transferred.
Capturing the traffic with Ethereal seems to confirm the transfer
size. This was with sspi from inside the domain.
From outside the domain I updated and transfer ~7MB. I also added the
same file from outside and I got 7.07 MBytes transferred.
