TortoiseSVN 1.3.0-RC1 released

TortoiseSVN 1.3.0-RC1 has been released,
linked against Subversion 1.3.0-RC7.

You can get it from our download page:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html

Please give it a test if you can, so that the
official 1.3.0 release will be rock stable.
