RE: TortoiseSVN 1.3.0-RC1 released

Hi Stefan,

Did you upgrade the installer version? I can't install the msi
anymore on Windows 2000 service pack 3. I get a dialog box that
Tells me to upgrade to a later service pack ( but that's out of
the question ).
