TortoiseMerge changes

After using the TortoiseMerge tool for a while, there
are a couple of features that would greatly help with
reducing merge errors:

1. The 'use whole file' context menu option should
cause a confirm dialog to pop up rather than blindly
allowing the action to happen. This is because there
have been several occasions when using it where a user
has selected the option acidentally and not realised;
thus comitting their own file without other peoples
changes.

2. Default colours, the conflicted and removed colours
are very similar, making it hard to differentiate between
removed items and conflicted items on the magnify bar.

I'm presuming these would be very easy to implement,
and would save us some development nightmares :D
