I really hope you're kidding with that suggestion. That feature is
*only* intended to tell users when a new version is available. If you
want more, use the Windows server features to deploy msi's.

If (and really *if*) we ever want to extend that, we can always just use
a different filename/registry key where TSVN should look for that file.
