There's another, smaller, set of people for whom buggy releases are a
problem - they're the ones who are downloading TSVN for the first time
during the period that the buggy release is the 'current' version.

I persuaded a client of mine to download TSVN yesterday, so that they could
access their source code from my site. Actually, they're not really likely
to fall over this bug, but if they did it wouldn't be because of their
naive auto-update policy.

It's a shame that it's so much manual work to do a release, because I would
have thought that the best thing to do would be to quickly release a fix
for this.
