Just FYI: we have some "customers" in our company where we all wish we
didn't have them. They really just cost us a lot of money. And the
salesmen who are responsible that we have those customers already got
into some serious problems with us and the managment.

And I think the 'customer service' of TSVN is very good! Always
remember that you're not paying *anything* for neither the program nor
the service you get here.
