[TSVN] What are tids?

Hi Folks,

I know what ti*s are, so save your comments ;-)

A lot of people are querying our FAQ for terms like "repository tids:12",
"import tids:4" and so on. Does it mean "Target IDs", "Transaction IDs"? Why
are people searching for it? I've never seen this before in TSVN.

Any pointers?
