If you get this instead of our own crashreport dialog, then I assume
that the explorer crashes and not TSVNCache.
Make sure you don't have Powerdesk installed on that machine.
Powerdesk has a nasty bug which makes it crash if TSVN is installed as
well. See our FAQ about this:

Sure, TSVNCache exits if no more explorer instances are active. So if
your explorer crashes, TSVNCache quits.
