[TSVN] shell extensions gone in 1.2.4

Hi all, I think someone else was having this problem
with the 1.2.3 release. I just installed 1.2.4, and
now my windows XP shell extensions for Tortoise are
completely gone. No matter what folder I right-click
on, there's no Checkout.. option or anything. Indeed,
the only evidence I have that it's actually installed
are the colored icons in my local folders. I just
installed the 1.2.4 package from the .msi installer.
After I saw this, I did a repair installation, then
restarted again. Didn't fix it.
