As you already saw, hotkeys don't work the same way in explorer as they
do in other apps. It's not possible to just add the '&' char to make
this work. We would have to implement something in the code to do that.

The problem is that TSVN is translated in many other languages. So doing
that in the code is a major pain in the a** if we have to consider other
languages.
Also, those hotkeys aren't just for TSVN - every other shell extension
could add hotkeys too. And yes, I once had such hotkeys for TSVN done.
But then, the 'c' from e.g. &Checkout was used by three other entries in
the context menu - so what's the point then?
